Judy gave us good service. Food was great, waited longer than usual for salad n soup to b served. I thought the team member who really impressed me was Paula, going way beyond her job as hostess n doing whatever needed to b done. It's good to see people being a team player!

For the best experience: go early, ask for table in main dining room, (not their banquet room). It was a bad night for them and they couldn't recover. Too many negative checks on a "celebration" event.

Service very good. Food was excellent. We were celebrating two special occasions and were treated to a special dessert. Great experience for our first visit. Will definitely come again.

I have been going there for 50 years & have never been disappointed. Now that we are retired we are thankful to restaurant.com to make it more affordable to go there. Since it is such a special place we always go there for special events.

Very slow service. It was 45 minutes from time we ate the salad to when we received our main meal.

This the place to go if you are in the mood for a nice big $26.00-$30.00 steak and can live with the "no substitutions" to the baked potato and garden salad or soup of the day policy. If you are looking for a romantic evening this is not the place for you - unless your date is easily impressed. The wait staff is not polished and the restaurant has a bit of an "old" feel. That being said, our party ordered three different steaks and they were all cooked as ordered.

We have to admit that when we pulled up to this "off the beaten path" location and saw the architecture of the building (very basic, not much "curb appeal" we immediately started to wonder what the dining experience would be. But not to long after walking in we came to realize that this was going to be a great meal. Well, we were right! Plus, knowing that they've been around since 1948 gave us even more confidence. I could help but wonder how many storms (from the economy) they have been through over the years, and to still have their doors open, they must be doing something right! The steaks were huge and cooked to perfection. The award winning wings (appetizer) was unlike anything we've tasted before. The service very, very good. The atmosphere was such that you knew it was serious dining but with a laid back and casual feel. The server, Paula, was courteous enough initially explain that she could make the dining experience as fast or as slow as we wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant and will return when we are in the area again! Restaurants come and they go...this one is a must see! Thanks Restaurant.com, we would never heard about this place without your program!

Made a reservation, we had to wait to be seated when we got there. During reservations I told them about the twenty five dollar coupon and that my wife and I wanted to try something different for our 10 th anniversary. They said great and would mention that to us. Nothing was said. We did not get drinks for another 5 min after being seated. Then came back another 5 min to order and did not fill our drinks till the food came. Then to see how a party of four come in and had three servers help them. BAD....
