The service was great. The sea bass was terrific. The crab cakes were OK, but not as good as I remembered them; wouldn't order them again. The fig appetizer wasn't very good.

Bistro Lancaster is a small restaurant with low ceilings. The ambiance is not cool or hip but it's fine for a quiet evening. The food was good but the steak very overdone. The crabcakes were outstanding.

The food and atmosphere were astounding,but the staff carrying on a very loud and disturbing conversation, while I was eating, caused me to not be able to fully enjoy the restaurant.

Good food the Sea Bass was excellent, the scallops were great, the oysters were dirty the desert was (Molten cake) was alright...

We were running late for an 8 p.m. play across the street but the waitress assured us we could be served in time. The food came fairly quickly, was tasty, and we made our show on time. One caveat: rather pricey by comparison to the Houston market.

appetizer, salad and bread all tasted stale. Entrees decent but very small, sized like appetizers.

The staff was extremely attentive. The food was delicious. The filet was cooked to my specifications. The shrimp were the perfect size. The sweet corn tamale was amazing and creative. Just an overall grand dining experience.

When we saw the menu prices and read the restaurant reviews, we expected really great-tasting food. It was fine, but nothing fantastic. And for $5, I expected more than a half of an average-sized coffee cup of cappuccino

We love your service and food! Excellent! Very convenient for a nice dinner before the Opera. We also like to park with you and then return for coffee and dessert afterwards...

A little dissappionted with service and food. Waitress did not know evening menu. And food was good but not stellar as we have experienced in th past.
