The food wasn't great. My husband asked the waiter what was good. That's generally a good way to go. My husbands coment was that the sausage tasted like it came from Walmart.

Even though I gave the $10 coupon to the waitperson when I ordered, she did not deduct it from my bill. When I called it to her attention, she took it back, but only deducted $5. I gave up, paid the bill & left.

My wife especially likes this restaurant. I am neutral about this restaurant and German food.
I like everything else about this place.

Ordered the cabbage rolls. They were raw in the middle, did not eat them but waitress would not adjust bill. Paid 12.99 for a meal I couldn't eat. Cook said they were suppose to be like that??????YUK!

I had the turkey & dressing special The turkey was terrible - the dark meat from the backside. Tough and not flavorful. My husband's meal was excellent.

The restraunt is traitional German fare and atmosphere,indoor, smoke free,and family friendly. The bar is connected and is open air in good weather providing dinner seating with a live band stage in the back. If German cuisine is not your taste there are other menu items like steak, green beans, and mashed potatos. Dessert is provided by the local Pie Shop and is more than worth saving room for. The waiters were all smiles and very accommodating.
