When we got there, there was only two other tables waiting on food. After 10 minutes or so the place filled up. Just about everyone received their food before we did. It was horrible.

Pizza was not to my taste and I didn't like how the tip was automatically added because I was an overseas diner.

They forgot to add spinach to our pizza and asked if they could just bring sautéed spinach to put on top of the pizza. We said fine. OMG. The sautéed spinach should be on the menu! It was wonderful. I think I will ask for it this way next time.

Our Pizza order took an 1 hr. and 20 min. to prepare. One pizza came to the table 20 min. before the other. Our server offered us no compensation.

only thing that we didnt like is that they have a ballon guy walking around to all tables. Making you feel like that you have to buy a ballon. He has a note on his shirt with a 5 dollar bill and tips extra.

We wanted to try their specialty deep dish pizza, but we did not want the tons of spaghetti sauce. So we ordered a white pizza, cheese with broccoli and roasted garlic. The garlic was raw and over powering. There was barely a sprinkling of broccoli, the stems. The crust was so thick we could hardly find the good stuff. The server did tell us it would be a long wait, and it was. But she did provide the red sauce and some ricotta (which was not an acceptable "topping") on the side.

Excellent service and all around great experience. Very friendly staff and also did not wait long for our meal. Great place for families!
