staff explained every entrée I inquired about. patient.helped me figure how to get the most bang for my bucks.lunch menu.ordered 3 entrees, Michigan salad,2 teas, complementary bread(very light and crusty on the outside).

We always enjoy dining at Lakeshore Grill at Oakland. The restaurant is very inviting, food and service is great!! Our waiter Dani was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions. Will have to try and save time and room for desert next time because it sounded great.

Our waitress took excellent care of us. She was always attentive and continued to check during our meal if there was anything needed.

They have a glutin free menu and dessert.
Food is fresh and great presentation.

It was quite busy during this particular visit so service was a bit slower than I'm used to. Also, I was not as pleased with my meal as I would have liked. I ordered a well done cheeseburger and was told it would take 18-20 minutes because I wanted it well done. I indicated I was fine with that and it did take about that long; however, the burger was not well done and I ended up eating around the edges and leaving the rest.

top notch - great waiter and food. above and beyond. The Bistro at Macy's Somerset should take lessons from lakeshore

Service is a little slow, but very polite.
Turkey burger was slightly pink in the center
