Our waitress took excellent care of us. She was always attentive and continued to check during our meal if there was anything needed.

Food is fresh and great presentation.

It was quite busy during this particular visit so service was a bit slower than I'm used to. Also, I was not as pleased with my meal as I would have liked. I ordered a well done cheeseburger and was told it would take 18-20 minutes because I wanted it well done. I indicated I was fine with that and it did take about that long; however, the burger was not well done and I ended up eating around the edges and leaving the rest.

Service is a little slow, but very polite.
Turkey burger was slightly pink in the center

We always enjoy eating at Lakeshore Grill @ Macy's Oakland. Their mandarin and maurice salads are great. I especially enjoyed the stir fry. Top that off with a fresh popover and great service! Yum!

It was quiet so we didn't have to raise our voices to have a conversation. Food was excellent and our waitress was great.

The restaurant was busy but between the hostess and our server we were not neglected. Phillip is always a great server.
