It took a while to get served, there was a mix up as to who was our server , I think we must have in a "blind spot". Happily the manager later made up for the oversight . so I would still highly recommend this place .

They seemd a bit understaffed so service was slow, but they were doing the best they could. The live music while beting able to sit on the patio was awesome---such a beautiful spot.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Hyatt, ambiance, everything. 57 yr old AZ native/have always thought Hyatt 1 of the best among the best! Service ridiculously slow until ASKED for service after about 30 minutes. Waitress was very good after that~ very attentive, etc.. Food good. Will give another chance because I love resort, but if service as slow will not make ti a "go to" place.

please make sure servers understand clearing unused glasses when bringing a new one. Sushi is always really slow coming out....you may want to clock times and see where there can be improvement

Great food and service. Great environment except for the shows and music put on by the hotel. It makes the experience less relaxing and less enjoyable.

Very disappointed. Service slow. Bread was very dry on sliders, with very little dressing.Quality not there. Ate there last year and exceptional. What happenned???

have gone there often to hear the mosiaco music group and their dancers perform. too bad the hotel is no longer going to have them there.

thought the value was terrible, food very medioce and the drinks were very expensive, we visit the westin, four seasons and biltmore. bars and all are a better value. they also do not charge for parking when you et there
