SWB, A Southwest Bistro at The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch
We were offered the buffet breakfast over the menu, we would not normally do a buffet, but it was wonderful. Everything was wonderful.

The food was great. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere was perfect. Couldn't ask for a better dining experience!

Very upbeat casual atmosphere with outdoor seating available. Food was excellent and just the right amount.

We make it a point to dine here every time we visit Scottsdale. The location/valet is excellent as is the menu, service and restaurant environment.

Nice service but 18% service charge was added to our bill and then the bill was presented with a space on for a tip to be added. Martini's were charged at $16 each and the prices for the meal and drinks was excessive. Even with our $100 restaurant.com voucher the prices were excessive for a simple bistro menu of meat and fish.

Was our second visit, and not as good as the first, especially from a service perspective, although the food was not as good either.

Very average cuisine. So-so service and the restaurant was nearly empty. Lots of staff yet no one seemed to know who was doing what.

The service from William was great and the food was excellent. Had baby back ribs and they were cooked very well.

we always ask for Erin, she is such a good server. Fast, always there to see how you are doing, and such a positive attitude. the food is very good. we came for our annual brunch during the holidays. excellent
