Our waitress was wonderful and very personable. Our pizza was a little bit of a disappointment but still pretty good.

I was charged more than I expected to be, especially with the Restaurant.com certificate taken into account...was charged $34 and after the $15 cerificate was supposedly deducted, I still paid $25 for the meal.

My all-time favorite pizza joint in Chicago. Super cheezy. Super flavorful. Super friendly. Comfortable, low key atmosphere. The best!

The service was excellent. The veal and chicken were delicious! My only "complaint" was that the pasta was REALLY cooked. Not a big deal, just thought I would let you know. It seemed as though it had been boiled for a while!

We ordered pizza for carry-out and when we went to pick it up the cashier informed us that the Restaurant.com gift certificate is for dine-in only. I understand that sometimes these restrictions exist, however this was NOWHERE on the actual gift certificate. I specifically looked for these terms and conditions when I purchased the gift certificate and picked Renaldi's over other places because there was no such dine-in only restriction. To make it even worse, the cashier tried to point to language in the gift certificate that did not exist to say that it applied to dine-in only. When I called him out on his actions, he continued to try to defend his stance by again pointing to non-applicable general language that had nothing to do with terms, conditions, or general restrictions. As if I wasn't already upset by being told I couldn't use the certificate I had to listen to this guy lie to me about restrictions that were not even there! I was pretty frustrated by that part of the experience.

Server was nice but took quite a bit of time to get our pizza. However, the wait was worth it. The deep dish pizza is as good as any Chicago pizza we've had.

Thursday is karaoke night at Renaldi's After Dark and there's no separation from the club to the Renaldi's dining room. so, you're forced to listen to horrible and loud renditions while eating. I'm not a karaoke fan so this was very irritating when the waiter said they could not close a door to make the noise any less.

Everything tasted homemade and the dishes were unique compared to other Italian restaurants we've dined at. Portions were generous. The hot bread was awesome and the salad was very fresh.

Disappointed that they changed the rules and now do not take restaurant.com coupons on Fridays or Saturdays. When I mentioned to the waiter that this is not on the coupon, nor has this been a problem the two previous times I used the coupon on a Saturday night, they did end up honoring it.
