It would have been excellent but the cook forgot to put shrimp in my shrimp pasta so I had to wait for my meal to be redone.

Great food... great atmosphere and friendly wait staff. This is quickly becoming one of our regular hang out spots.

Our waitress was extremely friendly and really made us feel like she was happy we had chosen to try the Copper Rail. She acknowledged our Resturant Coupon and asked if this was our first time. The Bailey's Brownie dessert recommended by another staff member is a wonderful item to share after your meal. We're going back in a couple of weeks.

the restaurant is very noisy because of the bar activity and the high ceilings. There were not enough servers so the wait for the check was long.

we were told that we couldn't use our certificate because we dined during happy hour and had discounted appetizers and drinks. We also had items that were not on happy hour, and had used a certif previously with no trouble. The manager came to our table and took our certif this time, but told us that it would not be accepted in the future on happy hour items. This was irritating, because we exceeded the minumum purchase of $50 by an additional $25, so if we would have put the happy hour items on a seperate check which totaled $15, then I guess it wouldn't have been a problem. It was a hassle, and big delay paying our bill because of this. Otherwise, the food is very good, and we really like the place.

Meal was really good. Just had a few small complaints. Chicken finger basket fries mainly seemed to be scraps of a bunch of pieces of fries left over. Honey mustard sauce was very different and little too vinegar based and untradtional for that type of sauce, especially for kids. Bacon & Bleu burger was excellent! Wings and salad order was good too. Very nice greens in salad. Over all good experience. We patronize this place because we live in Brighton and like to see buisness's succeed in our town.

very slow service, went on all you can eat rib night and waitress never asked if we wanted anymore had to take cups to the bar to get refills, food was nothing great. manager and waitress were friendly but overall service and food quality were not great. Also coupon said not valid with other promotions and apparently the special of the night (ribs) qualifies as a promotion so half of our meals were not able to be used with the coupon.

The only thing I would have to say is the temperature was FREEZING cold. We had asked to get the heat turned up and for maybe 10 minutes it got warmer and then the air kicked on again and we had cold air blowing on us the entire time.
