It was a little expensive for a burger...but with the 15$ off was worth it...the burger was great and too large to eat all of it..the fries were good...the shakes were OK...but not the best I have had 5/11/2013 8:03:25 PM

The place was out of a couple different things. The burgers were brought out for us, and the fries arrived at least 5 minutes later if not longer. The burgers were overcooked and crispy/burnt on the outside. I was told the hotdog was exceptionally gross, and my son refused to eat it. My wife took a bite and said it was the worst hotdog she has ever eaten and said it was gross. The server bringing out the fries didn't even have the correct amount and when he finally brought out the missing one, he yells across the place if we have everything now. Very poor service and the food was horrible. The pricing is high for the food you get as well. Definitely will never be going back and will tell anyone who will listen about our experience there, and suggest that they go to Smashburger, 5 Guys or the Sandwich Factory. 5/8/2013 6:09:14 PM

Our experience was horrible. The food wasn't good at all. The burgers were burnt and dry. The waiter brought out our French fries about 7 mins after we received our hamburgers. We had to remind them about things we ordered. I asked for onion rings and they were out of the batter. Another customer asked for something and we heard him say they were out of that. We ordered onion rings and they didn't have any prepared to cook and said there would be a 30 minute wait. Not acceptable for a burger joint. Had to order a milkshake to get the bill to total over the minimum purchase required and it was very small and very expensive. We wondered if it was because of the coupon. 2/16/2013 3:14:50 AM

We are NOT picky diners.. However... Our daugther got her burger and fries.. we waited.. We got our burgers.. no fries... waited some more... We got our fries when we were done with the burgers. Unfortunately, all 3 burgers were literally burnt- we smothered them with condiments as we did not have time to wait for new ones! Also- the only cups available are the see through plastic 10 oz cups, which is odd. And last, but not least, there was so much pepper or seasoning on the fries they were inedible. 2/16/2013 3:11:55 AM

The kids hotdogs, which I ordered three of, were old and shriveled up inside the bun. The fix in' area was not full or fresh, and when I asked how much the cookies were they said they did not know, they had been in there so long. 1/20/2013 3:29:53 AM

Good burger and fries, the rings were a little overdone. Counting the $15 voucher, the total was $26 and change. Way high for a burger place. We never pay that much at Five Guys. Luckily, I only paid $3 for the voucher, so I paid a total of $14 and change, which is much more like what I would expect to pay. 1/8/2013 4:31:24 AM

The survers forgot to put items we purchased in both of our baskets and the condiment/salad bar items were horrid. They looked like they had been sitting out for days. Not near as decent as our last visit so there's a definite inconsistency in service and quality. 11/22/2012 5:01:52 AM

The staff was friendly and efficient and the turkey burger was very good. The only thing that kept me from ranking it excellent was the burger was a little salty for my taste. But as I said, still yummy! 6/9/2012 6:31:19 PM
