I hate to complain because my first experience was good. Tonight, service was slow and food wasn't very good. Prime Rib was a third fat and mashed potatoes were terrible, plus no gravy lol. Bill was confused due to automatic 18% gratuity and they stopped me at the door (asked my daughter to go to the car) to explain. While they did they, which I appreciated, a patron dented my car! We dined here over a year ago, it was not a great experience. We decided to give it one more try do to restaurant.com and convience. We were very surprised. We loved the remodel and Jenny our waitress was great not to mention the food was really good. We are thrilled to have a nearby go to restaurant. What a pleasant surprise! We just moved into the neighborhood and thought this coupon would be a great way to discover area businesses ... it certainly was. We were tired from unloading our household goods and came in for dinner on a wednesday evening. We discovered your prime rib special by accident and were amazed at the value for the money.
