got take out a italian sub and bbq chick. pizza both were like average good have had better and have had worse there was alot of chicken on the pizza was good could have used a bit mor bbq sauce

I have been a resident of West Roxbury for many years and have always gotten great food from Deno's.They have the best italian and steak and cheese sub.

Food is good. Person who took phone order should have had someone with her to train her. I literally had to repeat a steak & cheese order 10 times (I am not exaggerating) she had no idea what she was doing and her English was not the best. She kept saying so its a cold sub and I said no grilled, then she was adding raw onions & not grilled. I felt bad for her but was totally frustrated! I also ordered a Greek salad with grilled chicken but never got the chicken. Again not sure if it was a language barrier thing. Food is still good though!!
