We were not happy with the 18% service fee that increased our bill by 10.00. It was added gratuity. I prefer to tip without being coaxed. Our server wasnt friendly at all, we sat for 20 minutes before she came over. She attended to a larger party that came long after we did and ignored us. The nice lady bartender helped us and we thank her. She didnt deserve a tip at all for how we were treated but overall it was ok. I think it should be perfectly clear on the resttaurant card about the 18% so people will know what to expect or how much extra cash to have. All it says was a minimum purchase of.

Chicken fried ribeye was not very good. Greasy and lots of fat. If it was a ribeye at all. Menu prices are. VERY high for what is offered, and considering that it's a sports bar.

September's Lounge did a great job hosting my wife and I during our 17th Wedding Anniversary. This is a casual bar inside the Hilton hotel, but serves food from the upscale restaurant (Conrad's) next door.
