Bistro 300 @ Hyatt Regency Baltimore
Food was underwhelming. Portions were small, prices are high, service was slow. Staff was friendly, location is VERY Zen and visually highly appealing.

The atmosphere and food were great. Our waiter Willie was excellent. With so many food choices in Baltimore City it wasn't crowded at all which is a shame because it is a great restaurant.

The space is too open and was rather noisy the night we were there because of a large convention-like gathering downstairs. Not a very good atmosphere.

Our waiter was just wonderful. He was very attentive and went out of his way to please us. The ambiance in the newly renovated restaurant was lovely and relaxing.

Great options and nice environment. We were able to eat in the Lounge Area for Dinner and Happy Hour Wines. Staff was very, very attentive and friendly. Starters were plentiful and delicious. We had several of each for our meal. Would recommend highly. It is located in the Hyatt Regency and the location is currently under major renovation, so where we ate was in a substitute location.

The restaurant is being renovated,so there is a very limited menu.Our server Willie was so wonderful and couldn't do enough to make our evening great. I am very disappointed in the Hyatt. Now they are making diners pay a $5.00 parking fee. I feel this is a bad business practice. They have an entire very large garage and I don't feel valued as a customer when parking is not included. It was not this way last year, so, I do feel it may change my opinion about the Hyatt.

great attentive service, happy servers, we were visited by the cook who asked us how we liked our meals, and they gave us a free dessert because they had extra from restaurant week. The food was amazing, some of the best I have ever had, and am I a self proclaimed snobbie foodie (so take all that with a grain of salt)

The attention of the chef and waiter was wonderful. They made you feel extremely welcomed and important to them.
