I placed an order online for pickup. The website said it would take on average of 20 minutes to be ready. It took me 30 minutes to get there. When I arrived I could see it was just being made. I picked up a menu on the counter to look at while I was waiting. The cashier lady asked if I wanted one to take home and I said yes. She handed me a black and white copy and took the color one out of my hand and said, 'here you go' without any explanation as to why she just handed me a black and white copy. I've been to this restaurant in the past with co-workers and the food is awesome. I wanted to take a menu home so I could show my boyfriend and tell him we need to come back. After the cashier rang me up, she said 'thanks have a great weekend' and left me to stand there without knowing how long I would need to wait. After a few minutes I asked how long it would take and she said about 5 minutes. After 10 minutes of waiting, I watched as my pizza was set on the rack after it was done and the cook shouted out that the pickup order was ready. She then took the time to refill drinks at a table and process a bill while I continued to wait. The entire process took way too long for what should have been a simple pickup. I probably won't order for pickup again, but I would come in as the service seems to be better if you are dining in. 5/20/2013 12:23:29 PM

We eat here a few times a year and love the local family style atmosphere. We've enjoyed the calzones, lasagna, baked spaghetti, and dinner salads. Can't live without their hummus and pita! Our fav! Bread is tasty too. 5/15/2013 12:15:08 PM

We just had the pizza which very good. We really were not sure to ever go back to Bella's because of poor service and disrespectful employees. Worse lasagna I've ever eaten. Ordered it since it said it was "their famous lasagna". Meatballs were so-so. They charged .95 for an extra tiny portion of Italian dressing. 1/20/2013 5:16:22 PM
