I've eaten here a few times - the food is always fresh and tasty, the staff are courteous and prompt, and the restaurant itself is clean and cozy :-).

I use to eat here quite often and although the employees are extremely friendly, their food quality has gone down a little.

The sauce for the beef and chicken teriyaki was very delicious.When we come into Vegas, we love eating there.

I feel like the selection on restaurant.com is misleading because the picture for M Sushi shows Yummy Sushi. The menu is completely different.

It was ok the atmosphere was nothing like any sushi place I had ever been to, very cafe/fast food like. Food was ok though.

Small family owned restaurant. One of the few Japanese restaurants owned and operated by a fully Japanese staff.

M Sushi is not a restaurant. It is a take out place for Asian food. If you sit at one of the tables you will be served by the person at the counter. The night we dined, it was the owner. They do not serve alcohol, but have a BYOB policy. The foods we ordered were skillfully prepared and tasted very good.
The ventilation needs to be improved as odors from the fryer (egg rolls, tempura, etc) filled the air and hung on your clothes afterward. They were doing a brisk business from the call in and carryout traffic, but the sit down diners (only two other couples besides us) were non existent.
