Starting from the awkward greeting at the door, no one sat us... Freezing cold restaurant, we had to ask to turn off air, kids were served Sour milk, husbands burger was very rare/raw when ordered Well done. Fries were cold. The quality of food has changed since the last time we were there. Most of our food was served cool. Our appetizer was not good, it was frozen tater tots with cheese, but it sat for too long and the cheese was as hard as a rock. We each order soup, french onion was good but the shrimp bisque was more like shrimp in tomato soup. We ordered Texas Burgers which took more than an hour to come to the table, they were good. We upsold the chips to loaded taters and macaroni and cheese. The macaroni and cheese was awful, couldn't eat, my husband would not eat, I tasted and would not eat. They also had fries on his plate which were not ordered. Tried to eat them, they were the worse fries we had ever tasted. I also could not eat the loaded taters. I asked the server if the taters (tater tots) were also deep dried and not baked. she said yes. That explained the fries and tater tots. The grease they were deep fried in was old and needed to be changed. That's why the fries were chewy, not crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were also very dark. Even though the manager came by at the end of our dining, it was too little too late. All our drinks did not arrive in a fashionable time, and when they did arrive they were served with with the beverage spilled all over the glass. Then our meals did not arrive at once and half of us were just about done before the rest if us got our meals. The wings did not come with wet naps and ketchup was served with the seal still intact. It was not a good first image for us. The manager did apologize and gave us a reduced bill but I would not recommend thus place to anyone. 4/22/2013 2:05:48 PM

the entrees were horrible...mine came out first, penne primevera and it tasted like oily but mostly watery noodles with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese the only vegetables on it were squash & zucchini...could have had a better variety of vegetables; my husbands came out 10minutes later b/c they forgot the rice with his crabstuffed shrimp...his meal was lukewarm when served...we will not be returning at all...HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! 4/15/2013 8:06:52 PM

Food was good but pricey. I ordered a scallop dish (price $19) and I did not get any side dish with it. No salad/soup. It was just a bowl of the scallop dish. Most restaurants serve a salad and rolls with these type of entrees. More of a bar atmosphere than dining atmosphere. 3/14/2013 10:01:33 AM

Waitress was also the bartender and we were not sitting at the bar.For obvious reasons service was poor. Menu was not the menu that was on restuarant.com, very limited selection.Bread was soggy on the sandwich. I was hungry and ordered wings and a burger; my wife ordered just a burger. The wings were chewy and I had to send them back to be refried. We ordered our burgers medium but they were pink in the center, so much so that the cooked patty tops and bottoms separated because the raw meat in the center didn't hold them together. 2/25/2013 4:03:31 PM

Service was good. It was comfortable. The menu changed and we were a little disappointed to lose a number of "bar food" items. The replacements were good..... But not as good.... Service was fantastic! Our waitress was amazing. The appetizer and food were ordered at the same time so there wasn't enough time in between courses but that was kind of our fault. Awesome food. Thought there would be more on the menu though. 2/18/2013 8:10:41 PM
