The Server was unfriendly at first. When I showed him the Certificate, he rolled his eyes and said it would take 15min. The food was promptly provided in the bag(it wss to go) after the 15min and he gave me an extra SMALL side for free and smiled. Which made me very suspicious. My family thought it was ok. The fountain soda machine is broke so you get Shasha cola in a can. The cups provided were dirty. The condiment containers were sticky and had flour hand prints all over them. The coleslaw had no flavor. The french fries were half frozen. The overall decor of the restauarant was drab. Louisianna has so much Character but it was not refleced here. I will not eat at this location again. I have no idea how they can display an "A" rating. It certainly was not on the day we went. I had a $10 coupon which said I had to spend $15 in order to use it which, was no problem. My total came out to $22.99. Please ask me why I was asked to pay $20 for my meal. The man said since I am using the coupon he had to add tax (which should be roughtly around $2) which should bring the total to around $25 and he said he needed to add a tip.... which by the looks of it he gave himself a $5 tip... at the end I only got $2 off the whole transaction after applying the $10 coupon ..... To add to the fire, my husband bite into the chicken and got a mouth full of blood! Never again!!! 1/31/2013 3:07:49 PM

Well we were over charged for our order and we did not get all of what we ordered. They did not give us the shrimp we ordered. It seemed like the place was about to go out of business there was only one person working there. Now I will say the guy working there was nice but we were still over charged and short changed on our food. I originally knew this chain to be in South Central Los Angeles and enjoyed eating at franchises in that area when I lived in that county. I now live in Riverside county, but travel into San Bernardino quite often. I was pleased to find the Louisiana and enjoyed it very much. Chicken, delicious! Catfish, excellent!!
