We think this is the best Indian food in the area. It was recommended to us by a friend. We often take out of towners here since it is close to the airport and they're always surprised by how nice it is. The food is consistently great!

They were very gracious about the coupon -- not all restaurants are. It also gave both of us freedom to try entirely new things, which we enjoyed! It was a rainy night, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and pleasant.

Their sauces are to die for! The chicken did have some waste which shouldn't happen at that price. Except for that the review would be excellent.

I did not feel that this restaurant is customer friendly. Scope for lot of improvements. One example - My wife and I wanted to share one cup of soup, however the officials denied to help me to do so (i.e., refused to provide additional cup so that we can share). Finally we had to share from the same cup! I may not be a big customer compared to others, but I still believe that the satisfaction of every customer should matter for any business to be successful.
May be they think that the whatever percentage service charge is a mandatory thing and nothing to worry even if the customer is not happy.
I could make out that the server was helpless here.
The quality of food was also not good.
