The staff kept our 3 boys well fed with the various cuts of meat and pineapple. The spicy picanha and top sirloin were the best! Our youngest couldn't wait to get the tongs on the various meats. 4/20/2013 8:04:04 PM

The staff was friendly, but the service was slow since they only had one guy coming through with the meat. The meat was not good at all....poor cuts and not well cooked or seasoned. The buffet was good and had plenty of choices, but for $30 a person I would have expected a little more. The Brazilian Cowboy in Plano is a much better choice. 3/23/2013 10:21:00 AM

I called before going in and was told the Rodizio was $19.99 but upon arrival the waitress said it was $29.99 if using a restaurant.com coupon because it "excludes specials," which the $19.99 price is. For that price I'd strongly prefer Rafain or Texas de Brazil. The food here was pretty good, however they lacked in environment. There were only about 10 people eating at 6:30pm and only one waiter serving the meat (the buffet's included). They're trying, but just aren't quite up to the price point of what I'd expect from a $30 Churrascaria. 1/30/2013 2:35:03 AM

Bait and switch??? The fail here was on service. Brace yourself, this may get lengthy..... When we arrived we asked the gentleman and lady standing at the hostess stand with clip board in hand for a table. They asked if we had a reservation or were we with a large party - we said no. They said...%2522let me go get the owner%2522. So we waited there for 5 minutes, they said she was coming...and then we waited another 5%252B minutes. Later I realized these two people don't even work there - they were just waiting to check in and seat their large party. So...noone at the front greeting and seating guests. The server, Miguel, was friendly and found us a table - asked if we were there for Groupon and we said no we had a http://restaurant.com certificate and he said that would be for the Rodizio dinner and explained the buffet and that meats would come around. As for the food - the buffet had a nice selection and everything I tried was really good. The meats I tasted were just ok - not real quality cuts but still ok for the price. I do wish they had chimichurri sauce or SOMETHING to dip the meat in....all they have is hot sauce. Back to the sucky service - tea glasses were empty pretty often - they were so busy and not enough help. The meats were slow to come by. Near the end they brought by grilled pineapple and when I tried to grab it with my tongs, it slipped through them and fell on the floor - the server gave me another slice but....do you think they picked or cleaned it up? Nope...it was there over 20min after it fell and was still there when we left....yuck. But here's the true kicker. My certificate said the Rodizio dinner was 18.99 per person and that we would be charged 18%2525 gratuity prior to the $25 certificate. The ticket comes and they have charged 29.99 EACH plus 18%2525 on that. When Miguel comes back to get the payment I said I had a question on the bill....he immediately says...%2522Was the price supposed to be $19?%2522 How do you know my question/complaint before I ask it?? Fishy.....maybe they try to see how many people won't notice. So he takes the ticket back to correct the price - the next ticket comes with $18.99 each plus our teas but the gratuity is exactly the same as the previous ticket, 18%2525 on $64.00, not on $42.00. So I explain the problem there....and he comes back with a 3rd ticket...18.99 each %252B teas and no $25.00 off from the certificate. So then I wait for 20 minutes before he comes back! He never does...I find him at the bar on the computer and take my ticket to him and explain the problem...he said he was already working on correcting it...on the 4th ticket, it was correct and we tipped him 20%2525 on the price before discount. No menus,told $12.99 salad bar and $19.99 with meat....very unhappy when given bill was charged $29.99 per person plus gratuity of 18% instead of $19.99 that we were told. Arrived at 2:30 P.M. Extremely unhappy that we were overcharged, no menus an were going by what waitress told us as far as prices. Always have a great experience here. Great variety of food on the buffet, plus plenty of meat with the rodizio. Love the grilled pineapple. The servers are always very attentive and make sure you've had everything you wanted. And my favorite part is watching the Brazilian concert videos.
