the chef did an awesome job with both mussels and burgers--all done as ordered.
nice atmosphere for eats after shopping day.
bathroom needed attention-no tp in stalls.

Champs gears more to those that are "drinkers" at the bar. The waitress had a very long conversation with a friend with her two children before waiting on us. The utensils were smudged and we asked for hot water to rinse them off. The wait was very long for my husbands crab cake he had finished his salad before the crab cake came.

The food was very good and the waitress was friendly and did a good job. Champs is definitely a local hangout, with a large bar and pool tables in the back.
