Dario's Restaurant
We really enjoyed our visit. The waitress was really friendly and attentive. The food was really, really good. I especially liked the salad. It was fresh and yummy and tasty. The greek pizza was also excellent. The tiramisu, the best we have ever had!

Pizza tasted like a Calif Kitchen frozen pizza and the eggplant parmesan was awful. A minuscule portion of eggplant served on a bed of spaghetti- who a ret they kidding. Worse food we've had in Marin and we have lived here 20 years!

the pasta dishes are very good and the kitchen will adjust to the way you like it.

They lost their liquor license so we had to bring our own wine. Yet they wanted to charge $15 per bottle corkage fee. They waived it but still thought it was too much to ask

It was a bit chilly in the dining room. The Cesar salad dressing was excellent, but the lettuce was turning brown and it was Saturday night. I would expect it to be fresh on the weekend.
The entree's were all three food. The minestrone soup was more like a chicken vegetable broth, but good. The warm small loaf of bread was good.
The music was a bit strange for an "Italian" restaurant. Service was friendly.
Strange they offered no wine or beer, yet had a Sierra Nevada lighted sign in the entrance window.

When I first entered Dario's no one was present and only one customer was there. I sat myself at a table rather than wait. In a few minutes I could hear that employees were at the front of the restaurant. However, it took 20 minutes for me to be noticed. After that the service was fine.

The pizza was very good,the calzone maybe had a small meatball in the whole pie and way too many onions and too much sauce, it was soggy. For $16.99 you should do much better. NO THANKS!
