Good pace in food delivery. Not too rushed, not too slow. Food was hot on arrival.

I just stopped by to pick up an order to go. The lady at the front counter was unpleasant to say the least and the food was just decent. I will not return.

I had a bad experience with Greenwood Mandarin. The quantity of the food was very little. and to top that, the food was not at all tasty.
I generally spend 20-25 dollars in Chinese takeout food and the taste and quantity are good to last 2-3 meals. However, after spending 50 dollars here, all i got was stale fish and quantity not enogh for 3 people. MUST AVOID.

Greenwood was just around the corner from our house. The coupon was an added incentive to try a local business.

The quality of the food is pretty bad. Even though the price is not expensive. I would rather pay more with quality food.

THE NIGHT WAITRESS FORGETS EVERYTHING EVERYTIME WE COME IN,OVER AND OVER WE HAVE TO REPEATABLY ASK FOR THINGS. THIS PLACE IS EMPTY AND SHE STILL GIVES BAD SERVICE. SHE BRINGS THE BILL BEFORE WE ARE FINISHED EATING, TAKES PPLATES WITH FOOD AWAY AND DOES NOT BOTHER TO SEE IF WE WERE FINISHED OR WANTED TO TAKE IT HOME.SHE ACTS LIFE EVERYTHING IS IN A RUSE BUT AS I SAID, THE PLACE IS MOSTLY EMPTY.

We live in the area and usually eat there when we want Chinese food which is more 8 to 10 times a year. We usually get good service and friendly face but maybe it was the waitress or because we were using the coupon that the service was poor. We were not even offered tea and that was unsual in a Chinese restuarant. With these expereience we may start looking for another Chinese restaurant.

don't judge this restaurant by it's facade and interior. it looks old and cheap but the food is quite authentic (especially when ordered off of the Chinese menu)!
