The antipasto was huge and contained a lot of ingredients; however, the creamy garlic dressing was absolutely tasteless. The spaghetti carbonara was terrible which was surprising because the tomatoes and mushrooms were fresh the sauce as bland and oddly flavored. The pizza scored an okay and would have been better if the crust was done rather than doughy in the middle. The chef needs to learn about flavor combinations. 4/24/2013 8:05:09 AM
