Don't be turned off by the otter appearance of the restaurant. The food was excellent and the waitress, a part owner, was very pleasant and helpful, and the cost very reasonable

Went for breakfast. The service was good and the actual place was quirky but fun. I got the crab benedict it was pretty good but my husband had some kind of scramble egg mixed with shredded beef. He wasn't that impressed. Was ok to try.

We held our book club meeting there. The set up was great for us and the food was quite good.

The waitress was very nice and recommended a sandwich and it was very good. And it was a very cozy comfortable atmosphere.

kind of an old salty type place. Lots of older regulars. We went for breakfast on a sunday. There was no wait.
Food was ok, service was ok. Some of the food came out barely warm. Not a great experience, but will probably give it another chance sometime due to the promotional offers they always run.

I actually purchased this voucher thinking it was another establishment. I got lucky. It was a very pleasant surprise. The food was excellent & extremely well prepared. Great!!

It had more of a tavern atmosphere than a dining experience. The menu was limited to short order items. It was a real surprise considering the $25 coupon required a $35 minimum.

The restaurant was nearly empty, so no wait at all. That was the best part. The service was attentive, but not very good. I got the impression the waitress was new. My salad came seconds before my entree. In addition, I had ordered the filet mignon and was served a rib-eye steak. When I told the waitress, she took it back to the kitchen and then brought it back to me and said the cook told her it was the filet. Well, if that was the case, it was the fattiest filet mignon I had ever seen. In addition, it tasted as if it had been drenched in oil and garlic, and was not very tender. Because I had already complained about it once and was rebuffed, I didn't try again. The fries were cooked as requested (crispy) and tasted good with the exception of the ones caught in the grease from my steak. My friend told me her burger was cooked properly and tasted good, so no complaints on that front. To the server's credit, she did bring us a small dish of ice cream as an apology for the steak, but it really did not make up for it in my opinion. Also, after getting there and seeing the whole menu, meeting the $35 minimum purchase was too difficult. We actually only got to $32 and they had to add $3 to the bill so I could use the voucher. With the low quality of the entrees (assuming mine was representative), this is WAAAAY too much to have to spend here.

all very good food, steak great with cheese and spinach saute, only $1 more than regular rib eye.

The food was delicious! The crab cakes were yummy. We would go back just for that. My hubby got the rib eye... biggest steak I ever seen. He said it was good. I got the Paco Taco salad. It was beyond good!

It was ok. the food was average, the service was good, the atmosphere was nice. Wish the food was better.

Just weird! We will not return. The only people dining, other than us, were three employees. Outside of the restaurant is a mess.
