They served sushi rice with vinegar in it and tried to pass it off as plain white rice. The waitress went home, she did not even let us know and no one ever came back to help us. Food was nasty and the service was bad!

The service was good, the food was horrible.
Tempura was so thick and hard. Udon soup tasted like water. Edamame has no flavor. Sashimi was not fresh and mixed with ponzu sauce. The rice of sushi was so soft and no flavor. The worst of Japanese food I've ever eaten. I bought 3 gift certificates, I don't know what to do with the other two. Do not visit, it's a waste.

The food was great. Will definitely return. In spite ample staff and few customers, we had to ask for water refills and other services repeatedly. When I stepped away from the table I saw that the staff seemed to spend a lot of time with each other. Management needs to train the staff to look for empty glasses and plates that need to be removed.

Server seemed to be new or in training, she forgot to provide us a shallow small dish to prepare the wasabi but overall service was fantastic!

Food was great They have yellowtail collar as well as salmon collar which tells anyone who really knows sushi that the sushi served is fresh! The yellowtail collar I had was excellent. They also offer brown rice which was helpful to my diet restrictions. Thank you Ichiban!!!

Food wasn't bad. However, it took 30-40 min to get our complete order (sashimi and 2 rolls, 4&6 pieces). Didn't receive any apology for the long wait.
