We think the best ribs around. And the BBQ chicken is quite good as well. The kids like it and the grandkids NEVER fuss if we go here, they eat and are happy.

The service, from the time we entered the building, until we left was superb. The food was served in a timely manner and was delicious. Good food at a good price.

We took some relatives out for Christmas Eve dinner at the restaurant and it was a complete disaster.When we began to order we were not told that there weren't any baked potatoes available until one of the guest ordered it. The waiter should have told us what was available before we began to order so that we could have looked at other choices. Again,as the orders were being taken we find out that there aren't any St.Louis ribs either. The waiter brought out the wrong orders and the food was very cold. Several of us had the beef ribs of which we had to fight to eat them because they were so tough. The cornbread was also hard and dry...we were served the rounded corners and not one of us received a nice fluffy piece cut from the inside. It seemed as if we were served leftovers...all of the meals were dry and hard. The chicken seemed fresh and took a long time to be served.Actually, they forgot to bring outthe cornbread until I mentioned it after the meals were served. We received sour cream instead of butter for the cornbread. It was not a good night at all.The manager began to tell me the problems of the day and that the delivery did not show up and they had too many take out orders...This Is Not My Problem.Also, it shouldnt. have any bearing on serving a good hopt meal to patrons who are coming in for dinner.My entire party of 8 were upset,frustrated and still hungry.I usually come her with my son and husband but I see the quality and service have gone down. I tried contacting the owner by email the next day but wasn't able to leave a response. I called the restaurant several times since then and they tell me that the owner is almost never there..that he comes in and out but theynever know when he is there. I left my number but to this day I haven't heard from him.I would like a refund or for the restaurant to honor a complimentry meal. I tried leavinf feedback in January and was not able to.I don't think that the restaurant used my certificate because I wasn't sent a survey but received one for a recent visit.Still awaiting a response from the owner...I hope he gets this.

There weren't enough waiters for a Saturday night.We weren't asked if we wanted anything else, refills on drinks or water and waited a while for the check.
