Order was taken for drinks promptly. When drinks arrived server politely asked if we were ready to order, which we were. Food came out in a timely fashion and server checked to make sure we were enjoying our meal. 2/28/2013 10:11:12 AM

At 5P.M. at night the restaurant was out of the advertised soup ( potato ) so i had none and there were no french fries either so i had to settle for breakfast hash browns with my dinner selection. 1/21/2013 5:52:20 PM

Potato soup was cold. The potatos were out of a box. The chicken fried steak was like rubber. The whole meal tasted like it was micro waved. Seated next to a table that was piled high with dirty dishes. No way to run an Ihop. 1/18/2013 5:05:26 PM

The waiter was in such a hurry he never came to check on us our ask how we were doing. We had many things we wanted to ask for, especially since half of our orders were wrong, and we needed refills, but every time we would try to say something he took off. The food was awful, most of our orders were wrong and the food was COLD. I ordered a grilled cheese with seasoned fries and the cheese wasn't even melted. The fries were so soggy and definitely not seasoned I didn't even finish my meal. How could you mess up something so simple to cook? The cashier was rude when we went to pay and seemed to have an attitude because we used 3 different methods of payment to pay for our meal. I never had such an awful experience here before, I have never had any kind of bad experience with ihop until now. 1/17/2013 2:10:32 PM

Ordered 3 different selections from the menu before we found something they actually had. Ordered an appetizer plate and never got it. Ordered a drink we had to remind them of. Brought out our meals and my husbands was notwhat he ordered. Most ridiculous dining experience ever. Had purchased two certificates and handed the other to another table.
