Food was piping hot, just like a freshly cooked meal should be. The waitress was really nice, I felt like I was in a family owned restaurant.

Food and service were excellent but even with coupon I spent over $10.00 per person for eggs, a burger and a sandwich. Really!? Forget the bottomless drinks for $4! That is a lose-lose for IHOP. I will either not go back or if I do I will have only water.

I gave it 4 stars because of the extremely long wait for our food. We found out that they were working with only 1 cook which explains the delay in our orders. Our server was very friendly however she was not as attentive as we desired because they were working with only 1 cook and she was trying to keep her customers in order PLUS the man at the next table was sending back all of his food so she was trying to please him but at the same time the rest of her customers were put on the backburner.
