Great American Grill
Food was very good a nice presentation. When my vegatables were not hot it was taken care right away. Service was very good and the waiter was friendly.

Food is always good and consistant. I primarily eat breakfast here, but the times I've had dinner it has been good and I'd go back anytime.

The "restaurant" was very clean and bright, however you are essentially sitting in the middle of a hotel lobby. The food was good and the server was very nice, but I probably won't be returning due to the awkwardness of the restaurant location.

Overall, the food was fair. The service was far from my expectations. The restaurant was virtually empty yet it took more than 10 minutes to get acknowledged by a waiter, more than 40 minutes to get our food (a hamburger and a pasta dish) and another 30 just to get the check. Our waiter literally told us when we asked for the check that he would return as he had to take up a room service order first.

Since there is no menu on the restaurant's website - we printed out the menu that was on Restaurant.com. Turns out it was NOT the same menu. We were the only diners in the place - the server took our drink order, then disappeared for 10 minutes. He came over to our table and asked if he had taken our order yet. We were the only ones there, he had already taken our drink order - then 10 minutes later forgotten our drink order and couldn't remember if he had taken our order?! Not a good start to our dinner. I ordered a flatbread pizza with no onion or guacamole. When it arrived - it had onion and guacamole on it. Again - we're the only ones there and they messed up my order. We were given a complimentary dessert, so that was good.

Cooked order with additional products first time, 2nd time forgot to add the chicken I ordered.

Good was fresh and tasty.Garden quesadilla had lots of nicely crisp fresh roasted vegetables with plenty of cheese served on a bed of spring blend leaves, with a trio of guacamoe, salsa, and sour cream. We'll go back for just that!! Burger was a whopper! Not a preformed slab. It did take a while to get our food but worth the wait.

Havent been in a few mths they changed the menu and said we couldnt sit were we usually do cause its for bar people only and we had our 6 year old with us but we have sat in that area several times. I beleive a manager sat us there last time. Missed hte old menu.

Our experience was below our expectations. The server was substandard, for example, I ordered soup and when it was delivered in a horribly long time, I was told he was giving me a teaspoon because he didn't know where the soup spoons were. He couldn't keep our order straight. My biggest complaint was our food took an unacceptable amount of time to be served. There were only 3 tables with customers in the restaurant and I am sure we waited at least 45 minutes before we got out food.

We've had some problems the last two times we've been at Great American Grill. The first time our steaks were way overcooked, last time my baked potato arrived cold. We were the only patrons there for dinner this time. Last time, we only saw one other couple at the restaurant. Perhaps the lack of business has something to do with our mediocre dining experience

forty minutes for two sandwiches with only 6-8 people in restaurant. Offered a desert on menu as a consolation and "Oops, we are out of that"

The prime rib was too fatty. The tomato soup was lukewarm. The baked potato was undercooked. The atmosphere was not intimate. Overall, it was at best an average dining experience.

Our bill was not correct. We were overcharged for wine and it was very difficult to correct the mistake made by the restaurant. Will probably not dine there again ant tell others not to do so.

Had to ask to be seated after waiting several minutes, server seemed very inexperienced and unattentive. Only 2 tables in the restaurant & still bad service, would hate to see it busy. Food was ok but stale pita chips & soggy sandwich that did not come out w/all ingredients on menu.
