The service was untimely, especially when most of the restaurant was empty. The food was also sub par. It was covered in cheese, the soup was cold and had a layer on top of it, like it has been sitting for awhile and not fresh. The tilapia, was so bland and heavily breaded that it was not a good meal at all. Also the prices are way too high for their food.

The food was great except we were all disappointed on the scallops. For the extra charge to make it a surf and turf we were expecting at least 4 scallops. and we only got 2. And they were good but they weren't bad. Next time I won't even bother adding anything on.

Server and bartender said they were to busy to help us. Won't be back will recommend to others DO NOT go to Tom's.

Well the waitress was pleasant but there was a period of time where it took for the waitress to check on us.

The level of service was very, very poor. The waiter was working two disjointed sections and ours was the smaller of the two. When she went to the larger section, we would have to ask for her or get-up and go get her. She completely ignored our section. She seems to have been taking everything very casually and the only indication that this level of service was atypical and that she kept saying your meals are coming right out. This was repeated over and over again, while it took an hour twenty minutes from being seated to the point we received our main course. The only positive is the food was good when it finally arrived. Calamari appetizer is lightly breaded and tasty. The lake perch is always the best!

No one greeted us when we entered the restaurant. We stood for a minute, then we seated ourselves.

The food did not taste very good, it was bland and over priced. My son sent his fish taco back for something else. I had flounder with a crab sauce which was totally lacking any flavor or seasoning for $18.99 which was a complete waste of money because I did not eat it. I will NOT be back.
