Great food & service (when not so busy!) Need to hire more wait staff for both upstairs & downstairs seating areas, just on Friday & Sat nights only.

The chicken was old, rubbery, and inedible. I sent it back but Anna's still charged me 1/2 price for the chicken that I did not eat. I will not be returning to that restaurant any time soon.

Service was terrible
The server took my husbands tea and never bought it back, never received salad dressing for my salad and did n't receive half my order that we ordered

It was intolerably loud. There were three tables of small children and it was ear-piercing. The service was slow, the prices were way too high for a poor quality of food. The honey mustard dressing was like mayo with a squirt of mustard and the pizza crust was soggy.

Anna's has great food and a fun atmosphere. The restaurant can feel a bit crowded and gets loud at times.

Great service; Ashton was courteous, attentive and friendly! Pizza was delicious!! And, we had fun playing DJ Bingo!!
