I've never actually written a review before, for anything. But that's how bad this restaurant was. Avoid going here at all costs. The arrogance of the staff, the Manager, and the Chef is unprecedented. I've been to Spago, Melisse and some of the other incredible restaurants in LA and Santa Monica, but I've never seen the level of narcissistic behavior I experienced at Mosto. Do not go to this restaurant.

The food was only mediocre, and way overpriced for what it was. We were stuck in a corner and quickly forgotten about. Our waiter actually told us that requesting an appetizer before ordering our full meal would slow down the kitchen and we couldn't do it. Will not be dining here again.

This is place is delicious, but seriously WAY over-priced food and very small portions may make this a deal breaker for future! Pasta should come with entree for free!

The food was nicely prepared, flavorful, and tasty. Prices are a bit high for main dishes, but overall a nice evening. Go there on a warm night and sit outside.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the care of the wait staff. We are already talking about when we will return to try the rest of the menu options!
