Waitress was perky, upbeat and informative. She explained all the dinner options and specials. Cordial and attentive. We didn't feel rushed.

One person in our party dropped his fork, and a waiter was there within a second with a new place setting for him. We were impressed.

The food was terrible. i can't recall the last time i send a meal back, but i did. the food was flavorless, cooked incorrectly and overall disgraceful. we'll never go back again. The server was excellent, though, and the bartender as well.

Food was good, however the service was not. Extremely slow service. Had to wait very long time for dinners and beverage refill. The wait staff did apologize for the waits as they claimed there was a large party and not enough servers. I put this on the management not the actual staff itself as they were short handed. They did give us a dessert on the house which was nice. They were very pleasant and the atmosphere was nice. I will give the place another chance becasue the food was good.

The food was excellent. Service was a little slow, but the restaurant was pretty busy. The servers were friendly and helpful. The meal was great.

the food was wonderful, we didnt like the onion soup but the waitress cheerfully credited our bill.

The service was slow. This was not completely the servers fault. They needed more servers for the crowd. The food was not very good especially for the price.

The food, service, and value was phenomenal. Ask for Cookie. She took great care in making our experience fantastic.

The room is very nicely laid out with large tables and comfortable chairs. Our server was pleasant and quick to respond.

service was very good...did start off with a dirty wine glass, however it was quickly replaced with a clean one..my husband's steak was rare when he had asked for medium rare, and again it was addressed in a satisfactory manner and time.. the maitre d' was most apologetic and accomodating

The menu needs a variation. It seems like the last time we were there that the menu was the same. You need to switch it around. Also, no cocktail napkins were given with our cocktails! First class restaurants do this! Seats of chairs needed upholstering - no padding when we sat down.

Food was excellent. Chef made us special gravy for the filet. Waitress, Lisa, was kind and very accommodating. Nice experience.

Service was horrible. Went for the prime and had to wait 20 minutes to get another peice. There were three in the party eating prime so dinner took close to 3 hours. They refilled our drinks twice in that time. The child with us was the only one offered dessert. To top it off we had to tip her because there was seven in our group. So the waitress got a $40.00 dollar tip for HORRIBLE service

Cold Hard Green Beans, Baked Potatoe and Mashed Potato. Prime Rib was nice size, but expensive for $22.95/dinner. All you can eat for this, but still, would have prefered $14.95 - $17.95 for just the dinner.

We didn't get seated until about 5 - 10 minutes afer we got there. The restaurant was empty and the waitresses were at the back talking. The prime rib for one of us was a little tough and hard to cut. The vegetables were not done and very hard.

waitress was attentive but not intrusive, friendly and had a positive attitude.
Lighting was a bit too dim. It was hard to read the menu.
