Bronze Bear Lounge
The service was wonderful but the whole reason we went there was for the food and it was all pretty lousy. The bread and oil they gave when we arrived was the only thing we enjoyed

I like to drink tea w/ my meal and getting refills was hard, plus small glasses. I would suggest larger glasses and/or make servers aware of drink refills.
Weekly specials, like wing night, need some signage/info somewhere. I did not see any info about wing night anywhere, but I asked the server after seeing people at the bar eating wings. We enjoyed our dinner tonight, but have no idea what day(s) have special(s).

We came right after work and there was only another table of 4 in the restaurant. I thought it took a little too long to get our drinks and first course which was suppose to be soup but was forgotten so we started with salad

Actually, the Bronze Bear Lounge is only used for special functions and receptions. We enjoyed our meals in the lounge which is upstairs in the Quail Hollow Resort. Our server was quite pleasant and attentive and the meals exceptional! The Fish and Chips served with Sriracha Remoulade was amazing. The Cedar-Planked Salmon, amazing as well.

Lounge is part of CK restaurant - that was not clearly stated or marked, it took a phone call then 10 minutes to figure out when arrived. they knew nothing about our reservation and we had to request the all day menu. once we were seated it took quite a while for our waitress to come up and offer us something to drink. However, once all that was done the service was good and the food was good.
