Oscar, the bartender was attentive and prompt with taking my order and delivering my food. He is such a gentleman. It was a delightful experience.

Excellent servicee. Nice selection. Good value. The food was not hot but we did not mind as very nice flavor.

Service needs to be quicker from greeting to cahing the check. This will help to turn tables faster as well.

The food was good but disappointed that some of the items on the menu were not available (i.e. sopes and hurraches).

Loved the ambiance, loved discovering a late night place that serves full menu and not just "bar food," loved the seperate dining area so that we weren't seated in the midst of the bar crowd.
The salsa is delicious, the chicken taco was a little on the salty side though.
Had a great time overall but a few service issues which are kind of hard to overlook: we were never given silverware even after asking (I had to go up to the bar and grab it myself), and I ordered 2 ala carte tamales to go (even pointed to the item on the menu to the server) but after we got to our hotel we realized he had given us (and charged us) for a full tamale dinner. Wouldn't be so bad but we would have carried the bag differently had we known--it was a big mess and ruined the dinner; we didn't even eat it.

I think we came at the wrong time or was seated in an area that was not good. Some people that were there, after their dinner they had some children with them that were running back and forth, making a lot of noise with adult helping them along with the loise. Then they began to set up for dancing. They began to move all the table and chair/benches around. This was not a good experience. No one said what they were doing or offer to move us to a location. I will not be going back ever.

The service was fabulous and the food delicious! The portions were large! The refills on chips and salsa were super and plentiful. Came because of a coupon and will be back!

Dissapointed when you didn't have Pina Coaldas on the menu. The server was not freindy.

Food was OK. drinks too $$. Server ok hostess acted like she was doing us a favor.
Took too long to take our drink order and to get our food. Recommendation... speed up the service, appreciate the customer.

They took forever to bring our food to the table and it was still cold than on top they made mistake on one of the order and also didn't take my restaurant gift cert the night we eat there and I had to bring back my cert

We were asked to move tables since we only had a party of two but other couples were not asked to move. We then ordered drinks but it took about 10-15 min to receive them even though the restaurant was half empty.

The service was spectacular and the food was fresh and tasty. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary that it should have been priced so high. We easily could have eaten in Pilsen for way less.
