Music was a little too loud, the AC was very cold and the place needs some renovation. Service was ok but it needs improvement. I was not happy they added gratuity to my bill, it was certainly higher than what I wanted to leave.

I didn't realize that the tip was included and I gave the server another tip and she didn't correct me. I called mgmt and they never ret'd call. Very poor customer service.

Wow, no shortage of servers and all were personable and professional. Amazed at how quickly our order was ready (which was great because I had to go on to work from there. Overall the food of great also, I had the catfish breakfast. Happy Valentines Day to me!!

The service was excellent. From the inital greeting to the goodbye, the staff was pleasant and very attentive. The food was great. We ordered a variety of side dishes to taste and we were happy with everything

Portion sizes have gotten drastically smaller. I took a guy friend with me (his first time) he ordered what appears to be a good sized meal but his portions were small and he was still hungry. Wasn't a good first impression and he probably won't go back.
