We got mushrooms on our pizza and the menu didn't state they had any, I called them as none of us eat mushrooms and I was told there was nothing they could do about it- didn't even bother to offer us a new pizza without mushrooms.

We used one of our certificates to help defray the cost of our Super Bowl party. Umbria was very accommodating and our guests like the food a lot.
