Hugo, I believe was the owner & he was very nice & accomodating. He actually took our order as the waitress was busy and after our dinner, he gave us complimentary dessert which was very delicious. We always come here when we want some great Salvadorian food. 5/20/2013 12:20:20 PM

The food at Salpicon was great. They've got 2 large TVs with movies playing, which was nice. The service was slow and staff wasn't super friendly but it was worth it for the great food. 1/23/2013 12:05:42 AM
