Loved the lentil crisps and dipping sauces. A little disappointed our waiter did not take time to explain dishes to us as we were clearly newbies and there was only one other table in restaurant.

It was 5:30 pm on a Saturday evening and we were the only diners in the restaurant. No one else came in the entire time we were there. The server was very good. The food was below average.

First they charged us 18% gratuity as we had coupons from restaurant.com. This is absolutely cheating and they have said that this is restarant.com rules.

The food was, as consitent with our previous experience, very flavorul and not too spicy. The srvice was very good, providing us with receommnedations of what to have and what to stay away from (simnce we are not fans of very spicy food.

We arrived on time for our reservation& there were few other customers.Despite this our orders were slow to be taken & the waiter (only one waiter on a friday night) disapppeared frequently so we had to wait about 15 minutes to order a drink.A long wait for starters then occurred.During the wait a large group arrived ;a group of at least 20 including adults & children.These were quickly seated & served en masse.
It appeared that these meals were pre-ordered & I think that the other customers were largely abandoned to serve this group.
The staff appeared to consist of chef ,waiter & cashier.
Two of us had eaten @ this restaurant only last week & had been pleased which is why we returned so soon with 2 friends.They stated they'll never return because of such poor service.
I have always loved eating @ Indian restaurants ;service is always excellent since all the
waiters serve any table.
These guys need to employ more waiters or else they'll go belly-up within 12 months if they think they can carry on like this.

we ordered appetizer and main course, never got our appetizer had to ask it finally came out with the food when waiter took our order he asked what kind of bread and rice we wanted with our meal so i assumed it was included

The food quality has significantly improved. The service and appreciation shown by the staff and the owner, makes you feel that your business is appreciated.

Everything was fine except for the unexpected gratuity that was added to the bill
When I asked , the server mentioned that when a customer uses restaurant.com certificate , a gratuity is added automatically - in our case, our total after using the $25 certificate was around $12 and then a gratuity of $ 6.75 was added on top of that
Needless to say , that was a bit disappointing.
