Service, food, the total experience was great!

Food was very good. Restaurant was very crowded, so service was only fair (no refills on drinks, etc.). Musician played. He would have been good, but MUCH TOO loud and it was iompossible to carry on a conversation with those at our table. We were seated 2 tables back from him.

Service was poor - our server took our order, delivered our food and never came back to check on us at all - we were not offered a drink refill, and we couldn't find her when we were ready for our check. There were no other customers in the restaurant at this time.

Service was slow. Appetizer was served immediately followed by entrees. Had to ask for refills on drinks. However, in the server's defense, she was the only server working. Plenty of other people standing around.

We waited a long time to be waited on and 4 servers passed us without even smiling.

It was very noisy,and the food was either undercooked or overlooked. The waitress was not very attentive either.

The food and atmosphere were great and the waitress was very helpful. I had the Ribeye and it was fixed just right and the onion rings were great also. I give them 5 stars!!!

We went early for dinner so we did not have to wait on a seat.

can't get the ribs or pulled pork right since they got their own smoker...smoked chicken and ribs were way over cooked (read tough and juiceless) and had no smoky taste...used to get their ribs and pork from Ranucci's and it was pretty good

I really love this place. I try new restaurants with Restaurant.com and this is a winner!! I have really added a lot of restaurants on my dining list. Restaurant.com gets me out of my comfort zone to try new places. Love it!
