Very friendly staff. My chicken was over cooked and tough. First time that has happened at Cactus Moon. We will still go back soon as it is close to our house.

Our server was very busy. we had to ask other server for help. But she was very friendly.

Our server was inattentative, never checked on us once our order was served. My dinner (Chicken Wrap) was tasty and they readily made substitutions to the condiments already on the wrap. My husband ordered fish and it was severely overcooked. We had to hunt our server down to tell her and by the time she came around to check his food, it had been 20 minutes. Everyone in our party had a plate of cold food in front of them. By this time, we were so hungry, he ate it anyway. We couldn't get refills on our sodas and she basically ignored us. Could be the vast ammount of space in the restaurant but if so, they should close off sections so that doesn't happen. To top it all off, they charged an automatic 18% gratuity to a party of four. I think that is a negative for the server I don't appreciate someone telling me how much I have to tip. The only reason I am going back is because I have two more restaurant.com gift certificates to use and I am not one to pass up a bargain. I won't dine there but will try them out for the "sports bar" food and drinks.

The kids had fun playing pool and watching basketball. We were there for lunch so there wasn't many people there, it was nice.

We went for Happy Hour after a Cubs Spring Training and decided to eat their also, and used our Restaurant.com certificate

It is less than a mile from our home and the servers and cooks are very friendly and the service is fast. Food arrives very fast and cooked just right.

Initial service very slow, but when a server finally came to us she was very attentive. Was expecting more energy in the place, but it was a slow night.

Out hostess sat us right away, but our waitress took over 15 minutes to come to our table to take drink orders (and the place was not busy).

They have the best Nacho's! The best bartenders, especially Heidi. The manager Tracy is wonderful and the entire staff makes me feel very welcome and well taken care of.

The night we had dinner, we not only got to watch our favorite sports team play on several TVs they had, but we also got to learn how to country dance. This spot has an a weekly dance instruction and dance floor to participate or just watch.
