We love the consistent quality of the food, but the service always varies. A new customer wouldn't know if they should seat themselves or wait, order at the bar or expect service.... Even a sign with directions on what to do would be FABULOUS!

Food was much better than previous visit.

Atmosphere and food was great, but the service was absent and there were two bartenders (and it wasn't crowded).

Very slow service. Bartender also waiter. Brisket dry, prime rib dry, wings dry, almost everything under-seasoned, clam chowder so thick it was in lumps that could stand alone, bleu cheese dressing didn't taste anything like bleu cheese, no onion rings (the day before Superbowl Sunday???), was not asked if we wanted a second drink, was not ask if the food was okay, part of wing order was incorrect.

The onion rings were overdone. They weren't burned, they were hard.
