Food was very good, and Chef Ron was very social. He came out of the kitchen and started talking to us, not many Chef's will do that. I would gladly dine there again.

Chef Ron took it upon himself to welcome us and upon request told us about the specials. He is very approachable and makes the dining experience a very nice one.

The staff and owner were very hospitable and extremely courteous. The food was plentiful and very tasty. I would definitely visit again, and have already recommended to others.

my fish and veggies with rice were well cooked, seasoned just right, very good flavor. my wife got the pulled pork torpedo with mumbo gumbr and potato salad. all were well done. we got the chocolate cake for dessert---high restaurant presentation and quality. very good experience, will retur. My friend and I enjoyed our lunch. We had the crab cakes that were absolutely fantastic, then seafood gumbo, bronzed redfish, shrimp etoufee and jambalaya. All were delicious. Chef Ron came out to our table several times to talk to us. We are going back next month when we eat out again!!!!

A bit slow, but it is Mardi Gras so there were a number of out of towers there. Food was good but far too little sausage, okra and chicken in a large order of gumbo. It was very tasty but with so little meat I'd pass on it next time I am looking for a place to go. Being diabetic we need the protein.

To be fair, I have been eating and cooking Cajun food all my life, 60 years,so it's hard to give an Excellent to most Cajun restaurants. I would go back just for the boudin balls. Non Cajuns, I'm sure would give the whole menu an Excellent.

The gumbo was AMAZING, and the Bayou Scampi was also excellent. Fresh, hot bread, delicious bread pudding, and extremely friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

Gubo was good. Small place. Chef/owner was friendly. He wouldn't let the two of us sit at a table for 4 and put us at a table for two next to a wall and video poker entrance. He late a large lady sit at the table for 4 and she was only 1. That was a turn off for me.

The Waiter was Super friendly and we asked him about lower sodium foods and he went to talk to the Chef, and Chef Ron came out and personally greeted us and fixed a Low Sodium dinner for my wife That was Very Good, I had the Seafood Gumbo and the Red Beans and Rice and they were excellent.
Definitely recommend this restaurant to Anyone who likes Great Food and fantastic Service !!! 10 Stars

The gumbo was greatm but the sandwich was soggy. The bread should be toasted and maybe even served a short time after the gumbo/soup. Chef/owner very plesant and likeable.

too pricey and too much food. food was good, but $13 for meatballs and spaghetti for lunch was too much. I couldn't finish the lunch and I usually do. the gumbo was good but priced like a finer restaurant.

I didn't like that you couldn't use 2 certificates at the same time. Service was slow and entrees did not come out at the same time.
