Ordered calamari appetizer and most was burnt. Server came by very sporadically and overall service was slow. Half of the vegetables with entree were good, other half were overcooked or extremely difficult to even cut/bite through. 2/17/2013 10:19:08 PM

We HIGHLY recommend the Rutherford salad and the chicken (pollo) special with poblano peppers and mashed potatoes. Amazing food and drinks are awesome. We eat in bar area and Alex is a great server! 6/7/2012 9:44:09 AM

We live close by to Silver palm. Miss the days when Alejandro served the patio-was MUCH faster. Blonde server we had last nite was nice, but very slow. Ordered drinks & apps. Drinks came by the time the apps did-20 min later. Ribs we used to like, but new prep has them slathered in a "mild" sauce which is more like very spicy sauce. NOt a fan and prob wouldn't be back for these ribs. Lots of people smoking by entry way of building as well-not sure if this is against code or not, but wanted to mention. This used to be one of our fave places, but slow service and change to the once amazing ribs makes us look for other alternatives in area. 5/18/2012 8:19:13 AM
