Greeting immediately upon walking in the door! Waitress was super nice and attentive! She explained several things on the menu and was very knowledgeable about specific dishes (e.g., we asked if the dressing was spicy, she said it was not). At the end of the meal, she even asked if he thought it was spicy. Nice follow up! Everything was fresh tasting and I would definitely come back in the future! 4/4/2013 4:09:03 PM

Overall experience was excellent. Only suggestion might be to have waiter come out and check with us to see if we needed drinks refilled after we had all ready paid the bill. We eat at Chatter's at least once a month. We love the healthy and delicious food you offer. Someone gave me a $25 gift certificate from restaurant.com. Our waitstaff who's name I didn't get because she was way too busy to tell us was not a very good waitstaff. I gave her the certificate at the beginning but she didn't use it. When it was time to pay she didn't even use it and when I asked she told me I had to spend $50 which was not a problem. I told her to go ahead and give us dessert. Our bill finally came to 50 after 6 times going back and forth. She didn't want to deal with it and with us. My regret is that we ended up giving her 20% tip bc she charged it to our account already. Very good prices and tasty food. The "tea and water" staff person came around several times during the time spent at the table. Clean and well lit with natural sun (lunch). Staff was very polite. In fact, for some unknow reason, the waiter thought his service was slow so he provided a free appitizer. It was not slow service at all. The group was enjoying a leisure lunch. 11/9/2012 4:28:23 AM
