Restaurant.com Attracts Top Executive Talent

Stephen R. Fleischer Named Restaurant.com President

NEW YORK, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Restaurant.com, the largest restaurant gift certificate auction program and most comprehensive dining portal on the Internet, has finalized a deal with top executive Stephen R. Fleischer, making him the corporation's new president.

Mr. Fleischer comes to Restaurant.com from his position as President Chairman/CEO of the New York Region of USI, one of the country's largest independent insurance brokers. In the 1970's he founded Progressive Plan Administrators (PPA) and built the company into one of the largest second-tier insurance brokerage firms in the Tri-State area. PPA was acquired by USI in 1995 and Mr. Fleischer went on to hold senior management roles at USI.
