Really neat experience! Buffet style, food is cooked fresh. Place was clean and staff were very friendly. We will be going back!

One big thing that stood out missing was dessert. I'm not sure if they had it on the menu to order, but other similar dining styles offer at least a minimal desert (buffet) bar.

GPS sent us on a wild goose chase or we would have been there sooner but..My party came an hour before closing. The workers were still very pleasant and the entire menu was still available.

Server named Cory was amazingly helpful and nice. He even got my friend a free bowl despite him not ordering anything.

Having looked at the menu online prior to dining at the restaurant. It said that dessert was included with the buffet meal. This was not true after asking the waiter and not seeing any dessert. The rice in the cookers was dried out. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive.

The waiter and staff were great to explain how the food system worked and suggest blends on the sauces for our stirfry based on our personal taste (mild to spicey). Very friendly atmosphere. Clean. Food was fresh.

The food tastes great. It seems really fresh and natural and unprocessed.
The buffet option is great because you can make exactly what you want and there are so many options.
It's a good experience because you can try new things.

The food was good and flavorful due to spices I added, I just thought it was very overpriced. Other Mongolian places have additional food other than what they offered.

As far as I know, Altai is the only Mongolian grill restaurant that offers lamb meat. That option itself is the main reason why I would choose Altai over the other Mongolian restaurants.

Food was incredibly fresh and very tasty, including the chicken vegetable soup. Waiter extremely pleasant and professional.

The wait staff was friendly and helpful (this was our first time, so needed some "coaching" on how to make good mixes of meats, veggies, and sauce), and the atmosphere of the restaurant was casual and relaxed. You can eat all you want, and make as many bowls of food as you would like.

Employees were great,atmosphere and decor nice. The salad was old and what I expected from other surveys I read. They should either eliminate the salad or put out smaller amounts to keep it fresh. The main ingredients were ok for the price range.

The staff was very helpful as two of our party had not been there before. The food was excellent and plentiful.
