waiter kept on trying to take our plates before we were finished and stood over us when waiting for check to be paid. i havd to tell them to go away.

Excellent service, we got a fair amount of attention, service is well paced. Food is absolutely delicious, the freshest sushi and sushi rolls ever, baby back rubs in appetizer sections are to die for.

Our newest Amber is an Asian inspired restaurant & lounge. It is located in North Gramercy with great music and lively decor; it tends to have a downtown feel. Here we offer delicious and fresh food with a great ambiance. We have 3 floors and high ceilings for an overall great experience. On the first floor, we have a large bar with 2 large flat screen TV's and open windows that allow you to people watch. Our main dining area is on the second level with giant Buddha on the top of Koi pond. Private room on the third level is warm and cozy with a view of Empire State Building. It is great for birthday parties, corporate event, or any kind of celebrations. Some of the options available to diners are the freshest sushi and sashimi. We also have a live DJ on the weekends playing some of today's hottest music from 11pm to 2:30am.
