The food was excellent and the service was superb. One of the best dining experiences I've had. The wait staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about both the food and beverage menu. My husband asked a question about their whiskey offerings and one of the managers came over with samples of 4 different ones without us asking for it. He explained about each one in detail and we were very impressed! That kind of service is hard to find and very much appreciated. It made the whole experience memorable.

The food is always awesome, we feel one of the best in Cleveland, and that is saying something with all of the fabulous restaurants in this area!

I don't think anyone in our party thought their meal was outstanding or even anything special. One person barely ate their meal because it had marked hot sauce in it they weren't expecting. I had lamb which really wasn't very good.

My absolute favorite restaurant! Food is prepared by a talented chef and is delicious, but portions are not very large. The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is great for a relaxing and quiet dinner. Will be back again to sit on the patio!

We love Americano. We go back time and time again. The atmosphere is old elegance, the food is creative and always very good, the staff is always attentive, wines by the glass always varied and great selection and quality.

I requested 2 separate checks: One check was presented. I was later billed for both separate checks. The issue was finally cleared up, but this is also happened a a previous visit. The wait staff needs more training on how to prepare checks.

I had the short ribs, they were tender and juicy, served with root vegetables and mashed potatoes. Very comforting and delicious food served in an elegant atmosphere. One party at my table always raves about the calamari.
